Δ Nickel Tube Specification
Nickel-chromium alloy INCONEL is an austenitic superheat-resistant alloy with nickel as its main component.
Due to the strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium solid solution contained in nickel-chromium alloy,
it has super-high strength and excellent fatigue resistance in the range of low temperature to 1093 ºC.
It is widely used in aviation industry and is suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts under 1100 ºC under low load.
It has high tensile strength, fatigue strength, creep strength and fracture strength at 700 ºC, high oxidation
resistance at 1000 ºC, stable chemical properties at low temperature, good weldability and workability.
